Racine & Wisconsin Parental Choice
The state of Wisconsin manages three separate school choice programs that allow eligible students to attend a participating private school. The Trinity Lutheran School, on behalf of the pupil’s parent or guardian, receives a state aid payment for each eligible student. Trinity Lutheran School participates two of the programs, Racine Parental Choice Program (RPCP) and the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP). The Racine Parental Choice program is for families who reside in the Racine Unified School District (RUSD). The Wisconsin Parental Choice Program is for families who live in any other school district besides RUSD.
