Thank you for inquiring about Trinity Lutheran School (TLS). TLS became nationally accredited in November, 2010 by the National Council for Private Schools. After a thorough examination of our purpose and programs by the site evaluation committee, TLS received a very high score of 92.4%. This certification, along with our test scores which annually show that our students test one grade or more higher than the national average, makes this school an excellent choice for high academic learning. In 2016, Trinity became re-accredited earning an Exemplary rating. Trinity was again accredited in 2021.
In 2010, the site evaluation team highlighted one of our strongest assets—our students. Stop by and visit TLS during the school day, and you’ll see how our Christian children show their love for their Savior through their interaction with each other. In 2016, the site evaluation team highlighted the Christian school culture that is evident in our teachers, parents, and of course, our students.
TLS also has a very impressive campus. In February of 2009, a high school size gym, a very large fellowship hall, a well-equipped kitchen, and three large classrooms were added to the original school building for a total of seven large classrooms.
But what makes Trinity Lutheran School a special place is the use of God’s Word on a daily basis. Not only is a religion class taught daily, but God’s Word is infused in all instruction. As you read the Curriculum Philosophy and Goals of Trinity Lutheran School pamphlet, you’ll see how God’s Word is the basis of what we teach each and every day.
If you choose to make TLS your school, you will not be disappointed. We are a strong academic school and a strong spiritual school, and our love for our Savior makes for a strong positive environment for children to learn and grow.
We want to partner with you “to train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it.” (Proverbs 22:7)
In January of 2014, TLS became eligible to accept students under the Racine Parental Choice Program, and in 2016, we became eligible for the Wisconsin parental Choice Program.
